Nice vibe, simple food done well

I have driven past this place so many times. Yesterday my good friend Matt and I went for a hike near Stave, and on our way back we decided to give it a try! It was 100% delicious! I had a chicken caesar salad, and he had spaghetti. Lets just say, we will definitely be returning. They also have open mic on Thursdays! Such a cute, unique place, and love that it is DIY. Great atmosphere, and the employees are wonderful.

They have pretty decent coffee, especially for such an out of the way place. What you really come for though is the authentic home made Italian. Haven't been disappointed yet. And on a hot day by the lake (Hayward) they have ice cream.

Delicious fresh food and lovely decor and family atmosphere! Definitely going back for the mini donuts : ) yum!
