  Disappointed with the cleanliness of this location. It's always messy and food on the floor. I feel it needs a deep cleaning. Overall customer service is great but the cleanliness makes me not want to return.

  Ever since they changed to the new ordering system the lineups are getting longer and your order pickup takes much much longer because you get bumped by the on screen and drive through orders. This system sucks. And only because they don't want or can't hire anybody that actually speeks and understands ENGLISH. This goes for all of them not just this particular location.

  A little skimpy with their sundaes. The wife and I were suprised when both our sundes were half full. Somone has told the staff at the Mission McDonalds that you only fill it to "m" on the cup. This means it will never look like the picture advertised. I will be sending a photo to head office.

  Not enough tellers. The one that is working by herself is over worked taking orders and filling the front end. The greeter was very nice. Concerned we got our order all wrong. When we mentioned we order bacon they brought it from the kitchen not cooked. We got two free meals because of that. Put in more tellers and throw out one self serve computer. Customer service is what Mc donalds is all about.
