Huge lines and at least a 10 minute wait to get my coffee which was wrong. Do they care-----no

the worst tim hortons in all the lands they need a lesson from the ladner truck shop...............it has such long lines and very slow services, i know its mission and no one is in a hurry, but really people need to get to work with their coffee on time. come on...i have tried and givin them a few chances but am just not goin to any more

Randi is awesome! She is the best employee ever! So great! That's why I come to hortons, I wish everyone that worked at hortons was like her! 10/10 great attitude!!!!!

The friendly staff is amazing, the manager is good one too... you just have to ignore some of the rude customers
