A few years ago this was an, said with hesitation, ok location. Cleanliness was moderate, they always had coffee,minimum wait time for orders BUT the staff were friendly. Not anymore. After my most recent experience of the past Friday I shall no longer go there. I find it rich for a gap toothed employee attempting to talk down to me especially in front of my daughter. At the end of the day even the "polite" staff members are rude, if these people don't like their jobs they should feel free to quit and find a job were being miserable is a required skill.

There is always line up inside and drive through is always full. Great coffe and donuts. Inside is a fireplace but the leather armchairs have tears in them and need to be replaced
